AGREEMENT BETWEEN DES OF FLORIDA, LLC AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES
Description
Speech therapy is a related service required by both Federal and State law for students with disabilities. Contracts with agencies, such as DES of Florida, LLC, assist in providing these necessary services, when direct hire staff are not available.
Recommendation
That the Agreement between DES of Florida, LLC and the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, be approved as presented.
